Truro College, Fal Building
University Centre Truro & Penwith, Cornwall
The Fal Building is home to University Centre Truro & Penwith, the higher education side of Truro College. Its teaching rooms and computing suites have been relit with ArcLED, installed by Cornish electrical contractor REN Electrical.
Black suspended linear lights hang in long parallel runs over the teaching room and in crossing, angled clusters over the computing suites. A continuous line of light runs around the edge of each ceiling, and square light frames sit in the ceiling grid.
Every room can run in clean white for teaching or switch to colour, from warm amber to blue, green and red, so the same space works for lectures, events and open days.
