please review the warranty information below before submitting your claim.
Before submitting your claim
- Please provide your order number and product details.
- Clear images of the issue in situ (as installed) are required.
- Claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
- Proof of purchase may be required.

Warranty Overview
At Arc LED Limited, we are committed to supplying high-quality lighting products designed to perform reliably when installed and used correctly.
This Warranty explains what is covered, the conditions that must be met, and how to make a claim.
This Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any other applicable UK legislation. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
What This Warranty Covers
This Warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and correct installation conditions.
Depending on the issue, Arc LED may, at its sole discretion:
- repair the product;
- replace the product; or
- issue a credit or refund up to the value of the product.

Warranty Period
Warranty periods vary by product.
Please refer to the relevant product datasheet or the Arc LED website for the applicable warranty period.
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase shown on the invoice.
Warranty Conditions
- LED strips must be installed onto a suitable heatsink or aluminium profile.
- For external installations, LED strips must be IP67 rated or higher.
- Maximum run lengths must not be exceeded.
- All LED strips must be tested before installation.
- LED strips must not be powered while still on the reel.
What Is Not Covered
- Bespoke products and strip lengths under 10 metres.
- Customer-sealed or customer-soldered IP-rated strip.
- Incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, or environmental damage.
- Fair wear and tear.
