When we get asked about how to install LED tape into driveways, decking, or swimming pool perimeters, the first thing that we explain is that standard LED tape is not suitable.  Even IP67 strips will not be designed to survive in ground conditions.  Injection moulding is the only reliable method to ensure your lighting remains fully sealed, giving you the best protection from all conditions.

    No, cutting would break the sealed protection. We custom cut and injection mould your strip to your required lengths.
  • Will injection moulded LED tape still be flexible?
    Yes, only the ends and connectors are rigid. The main body of the neon flex remains flexible.
  • Is injection moulding suitable for RGB and RGBW strips?
    Yes, our resin sealing process works across all neon flex types, including RGBW, which often needs straight-entry connectors for best reliability.
